About The Role

  • Support and assist people in their own home to live independently as possible
  • Empower people to make their own decisions and choice
  • Provide support with personal care
  • Offer physical and emotional support, to the people we care for
  • Help people to participate with daily living tasks & activities
  • Assist with health care and personal appointments
  • Foster positive relationships with the individual, their family, colleagues, and other professionals
