About The Role
As a Field Care Supervisor you will:
- Write and update new and existing care plans.
- Coaching and mentoring care colleagues.
- Attending care reviews.
- Supporting the on-call service on a rota basis.
- Providing hands-on care and support.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with our clients, family members, colleagues, and other professionals.
- Utilise technology to deliver quality care.
- Uphold the principles of Altogether Care's values.
- Ensure the implementation of safe working practices.
