Job Summary Chronosphere is looking for a hardworking, driven individual with a closer mentality to join our sales team as a Sales Leader. You will be responsible for finding, managing and closing new business for both large Enterprises and growing tech companies. Hiring will be critical, and a network of strong recruits is ideal. This role is remote, but distance is no barrier to impact. Our hybrid teams collaborate across geographies to solve big problems, stay close to our customers, and grow together. You will help build the sales organization and lead the team to success.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direction, guidance, and development to the Sales, Sales Strategy, and the Sales Support teams.
  • Recruit new Account Executives into your team that will support the growth of the region.
  • Coach and develop a high performing sales team.
  • Analyze sales trends and provide proactive recommendations for continuous improvement and best practices.
  • Inspire, engage and enable your team; coach them on best practice, review and assess performance, support their professional development and optimize their contribution to the region/department.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of relevant SaaS experience.
  • 4+ years proven track record in building sales in EMEA territory.
  • Managed and built an early stage sales team.
  • A passion for building relationships and driving business.
  • A growth mentality with the instinct to be creative.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written skills.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities, while maintaining a high sense of urgency.
  • Over‑the‑top motivation to meet and exceed measurable performance goals.
  • Organizational skills and a results‑oriented, self‑starter attitude.
  • Experience with tools: Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Navigator.
  • Experience at a technical SaaS company (bonus if you have experience in the monitoring, observability, cloud or infrastructure tech space).
  • Experience at a scaling SaaS startup.
