Your Career Our Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for driving sales velocity and operational excellence within the EMEA Partner-Managed segment. This role provides the critical commercial and technical support necessary for partners to independently manage and close high-volume transactions, while ensuring larger, more complex deals receive appropriate Palo Alto Networks oversight and approval.
Your Impact
- Serve as the primary point of contact to support and guide partners and distributors on opportunities, quoting tools, pricing automation, and Salesforce opportunity management.
- Monitor and maintain the integrity of the partner-led pipeline within assigned territories, ensuring all opportunities are accurately qualified and updated.
- Drive progression of run-rate opportunities by proactively addressing partner inquiries to accelerate sales velocity.
- Conduct warm hand-offs of high-touch deals that require deep-tier technical expertise and coordinate specialized resources.
- Qualify leads and pass eligible information to partners as needed.
- Respond to partner quoting-related inquiries and provide support for opportunities.
- Provide supervision for deals to ensure quotes are properly constructed and on track.
- Identify large and/or complex deals and escalate them to Commercial Sales Managers.
Qualifications Your Experience
- Experience in a Sales or Business Development role.
- Technical aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems.
- Experience cultivating relationships and working with channel partners and distributors.
- Experience with Salesforce opportunity management is preferred.
- Familiarity with sales quoting tools and pricing automation.
- Excellent time management skills, and the ability to follow a structured sales process.
- Proficiency in English language skills.
