You ensure the basics are done perfectly, including setting up, maintaining and enabling our team on the use of our EMEA planning structure and ensuring they are set up for success. The Centre of Digital Demand Excellence is a centralised digital marketing hub that plays a vital role in the EMEA Marketing organisation. We support the entire Field & Channel marketing teams to run and execute on their marketing activities. In this role, you will work directly with the Head of the Centre of Digital Demand Excellence and the team to establish processes and best practices that help the wider team achieve their quarterly Demand Generation targets while demonstrating solid execution fundamentals and introducing some new ideas and innovation. As part of the Centre of Digital Demand Excellence, you will also collaborate on Cross‑GTM initiatives that help the wider EMEA Marketing team to be more efficient, effective, and innovative.
Your Impact
- Support the business in scaling demand generation.
- Own the relationship with our agency service providers, managing the on‑ and off‑boarding of vendor access, as well as their training, enablement, workload, and ongoing support as their main point‑of‑contact (including SLAs, brand best practices and tool training).
- Ensure the EMEA marketing team can be the best possible by providing regular updates and training on new processes, tools and best practices through office hours, new‑hire training, providing actionable planning insights, Loop page and updates to our best practices repository.
- Run a regular satisfaction survey with our internal marketing stakeholders to understand how we can further improve our collaboration and enable our team in the right way.
- Optimise our operations: be the go‑to‑person and owner of the EMEA Marketing Planning cadence, infrastructure, guidance, and forecasting.
- Manage our business operations to ensure things run smoothly, including local translation requests and retainer POs.
- Track and manage activity effectiveness and apply learning from industry insights and best practices to continually optimise the user experience.
- Maintain a disciplined communication and reporting cadence with our Marketing & Sales stakeholders.
