Alto is recruiting a contract Business Analyst / Knowledge Architect to act as the discovery engine for our internal AI programme.
You will map how work is performed across the business, identify automation opportunities, and structure knowledge for AI-ready consumption.
You will collaborate with Customer Operations, Marketing, Education, Training, Finance and Strategy to design taxonomies, audit existing SOPs, and establish documentation standards for AI-enabled tools.
