Alto Construct is a privately-owned, independent civil engineering and groundworks contractor. We undertake a diverse range of projects on a nationwide basis, primarily in Yorkshire and the North West, with occasional requirements to work further afield.
Due to a number of new projects coming to site, we are looking for more Site Managers to join our team. As a Site Manager at Alto Construct, you will manage and direct day-to-day operations on site, ensuring contracts are completed safely, to programme and within budget, whilst meeting our exacting quality standards.

- Extensive experience as a Site Manager, successfully delivering a range of civil engineering and/or groundworks schemes.
- An uncompromising approach to health and safety and the ability to build a positive health and safety culture on site.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional levels of quality on site, taking ownership for every aspect of a project, solving problems and overcoming any challenges.
- A continuous improvement mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting, successful relationships with clients, suppliers, other contractors and personnel.
- Site Managers Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS).
- CSCS card.
- A driving licence, as some travel is part of the role.
- First Aid at Work.
