Alto Construct is a privately-owned civil engineering and groundworks contractor. We undertake a diverse range of projects on a nationwide basis, so whilst most of work tends to be in and around Yorkshire and the North West, there may be a requirement to travel further afield from time to time.
Due to a number of new projects starting on site over the coming weeks and a strong pipeline of work ahead, we are looking for another Site Manager to join our team. As a Site Manager at Alto Construct you will manage and lead day-to-day operations on site, to ensure contracts are completed safely, to programme and within budget, whilst meeting our exacting quality standards.
We would love to hear from you if you have:
- Extensive experience as a Site Manager successfully delivering a range of civil engineering and/or groundworks schemes.
- An uncompromising approach to health and safety and the ability to build a positive health and safety culture on site.
- A commitment to delivering an exceptional levels of quality.Taking ownership for every aspect of a project, solving problems and overcoming any challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting, successful relationships with clients, suppliers, other contractors and personnel.
- Site Managers Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS).
- An appropriate CSCS card.
- A full driving licence, as some travel is part of the role.
- First Aid at Work.
