Altius Talent is hiring an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Bristol team.

You’ll inherit an established desk with existing clients, live opportunities and access to a substantial candidate network.

This is a genuine four-day working week with Mondays to Thursdays 10:00am–8:00pm and Fridays off, offering a strong career path and earnings potential.

Base salary ranges from £30,000 to £40,000 depending on experience, plus uncapped monthly commission of up to 30%.
