Altius Talent is hiring a Senior Recruiter to take ownership of an established North American desk, focused on Sales & Management-level placements. This is a live, revenue-producing role with strong client agreements already in place. You’re stepping into a desk that bills.

The Role
- Deliver senior Sales, Commercial Leadership, and Management hires into the North American market
- Manage and grow existing client relationships
- Run a high-value 360 desk with autonomy and commercial control
- Advise clients on hiring strategy, compensation, and market insight
- Build long-term, repeat revenue rather than one-off transactions
About You
- Proven recruitment experience (senior / management / commercial roles)
- Experience working the US or North American market a benefit but not a prerequisite
- Confident, consultative, and commercially sharp
- Comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Motivated by high fees, quality work, and consistent results
