Altius Talent is a specialist recruitment partner to the USA freight forwarding and logistics market. We recruit senior operators, sales leaders, and technical freight professionals across air, ocean, and integrated logistics.
We’re hiring a Recruitment Consultant to run a desk focused entirely on the US freight market, working full-time from our North Bristol office. This is a delivery-and-billing role within an established team. It is not a fast-track management position.
Responsibilities- Manage and grow a USA-focused freight forwarding recruitment desk
- Recruit across Operations, Sales, Branch Management, and Leadership roles
- Work with established US freight forwarder and 3PL clients
- Headhunt senior freight professionals across air, ocean, and integrated services
- Own the full 360 recruitment process and be judged on results, not noise
- Proven recruitment experience (freight, logistics, or adjacent sector preferred)
- Confident, professional communicator at senior level
- Commercially realistic. You care about fees, delivery, and repeat business
- Happy being a top-billing consultant, not chasing a management title
- An established Altius Talent platform and brand
- Live US roles and existing client relationships
- High-value fees and realistic billing potential
