A well-established, highly regarded independent estate agency is looking to appoint an experienced Sales Valuer to join its successful Dunstable office. This is a key role within the branch, ideal for a driven, commercially minded Valuer who enjoys winning instructions, building relationships and playing a central role in growing a profitable sales operation.

The role involves generating new instructions, growing the property register and supporting the Branch Manager in maximising branch performance. You’ll be highly visible in the local market, building strong relationships with vendors and delivering a first-class client experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Winning and converting valuation opportunities
  • Carrying out property valuations and market appraisals
  • Generating new business through local networking and prospecting
  • Registering applicants and booking viewings
  • Managing vendors and buyers through the sales process
  • Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion
  • Maintaining accurate property details and CRM data
  • Working closely with the branch team to drive performance

What we’re looking for:

You will already be working in residential estate agency and have a proven track record in winning new business. You will bring:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential sales
  • Valuation and/or listing experience
  • Strong closing and negotiation skills
  • High standards of customer service
  • A confident, positive and professional approach
  • Self-motivation, resilience and ambition
  • The ability to build trusted relationships with clients
