OTE up to £40,000

The roleYou\’ll play a key part in driving sales performance, winning new instructions and supporting the branch manager in running a high-performing office.

Key responsibilities

Winning and converting valuations and instructions

Growing sales income and pipeline

Managing and qualifying applicants

Conducting viewings and negotiations

Driving canvassing and marketing activity

Identifying cross‐selling opportunities

Supporting and motivating the team

Delivering outstanding customer service

Strong listing and valuation track record
