Location: Preston Docks | Office based | Hours: Mon-Fri (no weekends) | Salary: Up to £24,000 per year

Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations and ensure efficient administrative processes.
  • Generating and sending invoices to clients.
  • Support and liaise with legal team to deliver amendments to Terms and Conditions.
  • Manage, monitor and report all KPIs that directly link to performance.
  • Manage the e-contract/Panda Docs process.
  • Directly input leads onto the CRM system.
  • Manage a number of Lead Generation mailboxes.
  • Provide daily update stats to be delivered to the Board.
  • Call recordings – listening to, and sending call recordings where relevant.
  • Proactively prepare bundles and packages ahead of business appraisal meetings.
  • Support the admin tasks of our Associate Directors.
  • Undertake a central role in quality checks, compliance, and admin project work.

About You

  • Proven record of Admin and IT skills.
  • The ability to communicate with all key stakeholders, employees, and clients both internally and externally.
  • Ability to work to deadlines, KPIs and set targets.
  • Proven track record of organising and planning skills.
  • Ability to work proactively and on your own initiative.
  • Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office packages, Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Takes initiative to plan workload and support team success.
  • Flexible with a can-do attitude.
