Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Collaborate with the data generation team to develop strategies to target corporate opportunities
  • Prospect new and existing clients through calls, emails & social media
  • Proactively generate small outreach campaigns and capitalise on engaging prospects through use of CRM systems & workflows
  • Take ownership of and find ways to achieve contact with decision makers.
  • Build and develop a pipeline of prospects
  • To be relentless in meeting targets and KPI’s
  • To work collectively to achieve our goal to be the number 1 Business broker in the UK
  • To use persuasive language and active listening skills to present company services and products to potential clients to secure interest
  • To gather and document information about the customer and accurately record those conversations through our CRM system

Are you the right person for the role?

  • Sales experience, with a minimum of 1 year of demonstrable B2B experience
  • Self-motivated, energetic and results driven team player
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working within a CRM system (preferably Hubspot)
  • Display a passionate, positive, and problem-solving attitude
  • Account management and ownership of your own pipeline
  • The ability to communicate with key stakeholders & build strong relationships
  • The ability to work to deadlines, KPI’s and set targets
  • Exemplary organising and planning skills.
