The Enterprise Sales Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and driving performance across the enterprise sales segment. This individual will lead a team of high-performing Enterprise Account Managers, with a strong focus on revenue growth, team development, and strategic execution. The Enterprise Sales Manager will play a critical role in shaping sales strategy and will collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure scalable and successful go-to-market execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Managers across multiple regions or verticals
- Own team performance and pipeline health to ensure achievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Partner with Sales coaches to support onboarding, ongoing training, and adoption of best practices
- Drive forecast accuracy, deal reviews, and proactive pipeline management using Salesforce or similar tools
- Collaborate with Marketing and SDR/Inside Sales teams to define and execute account-based strategies for new logo acquisition and expansion
- Identify process improvements and ensure consistent, scalable sales methodologies across the team
- Serve as an executive sponsor for key opportunities and support reps in high-impact enterprise deals
- Report on KPIs, business risks, and team needs to senior leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, including 2+ years in a sales leadership or management role
- Proven ability to lead teams in hitting or exceeding multimillion-dollar quotas
- Strong knowledge of enterprise sales methodologies
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), sales analytics, and forecasting
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- Track record of hiring, mentoring, and developing top-performing sales talent
