Our client is a new name in the world of machine learning and artificial intelligence hardware systems.

The company has recently come out of stealth mode and has already closed $multi-million backing from premier US and European venture firms, as well as securing personal investments from some of the industry’s most recognised and admired technology business visionaries.

We are seeking a highly experienced technical leader for this new appointment; someone who can demonstrate an impressive background in building and leading talented multi-skilled engineering teams to deliver advanced and complex hardware systems for datacentre applications.

To be considered for this opportunity you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and industry background.

• 10 -15 years’ experience in engineering leadership, involving high-performance processors, NoC architectures and high speed I/O technologies.
• A proven track record in leading the specification, architecture, and development of advanced hardware systems; ranging from PCB board design and signal integrity (SI) to full-scale system integration.
• Extensive experience working with global design and manufacturing partners, including contract manufacturers for boards, racks, and complete systems.
• Project management experience in early-stage hardware prototyping through to product manufacturing.
• A strong understanding of the quality, compliance, and security practices relevant to hardware products in hyperscale data centre environments.
• Ideally, previous experience of operating in a fast-faced startup environment.
