They are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Project Manager to join our London team. Working within a lean and collaborative team, you will be given meaningful responsibility from the outset and benefit from direct exposure to senior decision-makers and project leaders. This position offers the opportunity to gain broad experience across development, EPC delivery, stakeholder management, commercial negotiations, procurement, construction, and project execution. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate within cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and contractors, to maintain the highest standards of H&S and Quality on projects.
- Financial management of projects and approvals of invoices.
- Drive EPC activities and deliverables (Design, Procurement, Construction), chair regular team meetings, and ensure minutes and actions are issued.
- Effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders regarding the project(s) needs and goals.
- Manage contractual obligations and project timelines.
- Support the process for enhancing best practice methods, valuation processes, knowledge management, internal tools & templates.
Requirements:
- You have a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent experience.
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, PMI-ACP) strongly preferred.
- 4+ Years of experience delivering Solar, Solar PV, and Energy storage projects.
- Experience with Microsoft projects.
- You have a proven track record of project management with experience in grid-connected solar projects during the construction phase.
- Adept at building strong, cooperative, and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to reach project realization successfully.
- You can work remotely & independently and be self-motivated within a supportive & collaborative company.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver projects in a fast-paced environment.
