We’re looking for a driven and experienced Talent Consultant to join our AltGen UK team. You will play a pivotal role in recruiting top professionals within the renewable energy and sustainability sectors. This is a position for someone with a strong background in recruitment, sales, and business development, helping us grow our client base and solidify our position in the industry. The ideal candidate will be focused on achieving outputs and targets while maintaining the highest quality and standards of work. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is target-driven and consistently delivers quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to build a strong pipeline of talent
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
- Drive business development efforts to identify new opportunities and expand our market reach
- Utilise various sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, and industry networks, to find the best candidates
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates
- Support the development of recruitment marketing materials and strategies to attract top talent
- Work collaboratively in a remote team environment to reach monthly goals
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment, with a strong track record of successfully placing candidates in various roles
- Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management
- Experience in the renewable energy and sustainability sectors is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building relationships
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
