In this role, you will elevate the effectiveness of the Solution Engineering audience and synchronize enablement across the Go-To-Market organization. You’ll design end-to-end programs that connect technical capabilities to customer value, support discovery and demonstrations, and partner with Account Executives throughout the customer journey. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to translate new capabilities into practical, scalable learning experiences. This is a hands-on, collaborative role in a fast-paced tech environment with a culture that values curiosity, accountability, and creativity.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement enablement strategy and programs for Solution Engineers
- Create role-based learning journeys combining product knowledge, technical depth, and customer context
- Plan enablement initiatives with clear outcomes, milestones, roles, and success metrics
- Lead hands-on sessions (workshops, labs, practice, role-plays) and coaching for discovery, storytelling, demonstrations, and technical validation
- Develop readiness checks and certification for technical knowledge and customer-facing skills
- Equip managers with tools to reinforce skills and support ongoing development
- Translate capabilities in AI, automation, analytics, and data workflows into cohesive learning resources
- Create and curate enablement assets such as guides, playbooks, demos, talking tracks, and scenarios
- Manage multiple enablement initiatives with timelines and stakeholder expectations
- Measure impact using readiness data, feedback, and business indicators and drive improvements
- Align enablement with Account Executives to support shared customer conversations and outcomes
- Maintain an organized enablement content ecosystem for quick resource access
Key requirements
- Five+ years in revenue enablement, technical enablement, sales training, or related fields in a fast-paced tech environment
- Proven success delivering enablement for technical buyer-facing audiences (Solution Engineers, Sales Engineers, Solutions Consultants)
- Strong understanding of discovery, solution positioning, demonstrations, proof-of-value, and AE-SE collaboration
- Ability to design scalable learning experiences from knowledge to practice and measurable readiness
- Strong presence to engage technical audiences, lead interactive sessions, and provide constructive feedback
- Ability to quickly learn complex concepts and translate them into customer-focused enablement materials
- Project management skills to handle multiple initiatives in a changing environment
- Familiarity with revenue enablement platforms, LMS, virtual facilitation tools, and video/media tools
