In this role you will support financial planning, forecasting, and executive communications within Alteryx's Corporate Finance team. You will maintain and enhance the long-term financial model, lead planning and forecasting cycles, and translate complex data into clear insights for leadership and the Board. You'll work with cross-functional partners to improve forecasting accuracy and drive strategic decisions. This is a high-impact, collaboration-focused role at a fast-paced, data-driven company.

  • Maintain, update, and improve the long-term financial model (assumptions, statements, cash flow, scenario analyses)
  • Lead the annual operating plan (AOP) process with cross-functional coordination
  • Lead the monthly forecasting process with FP&A, Accounting, and business leaders
  • Prepare monthly/ quarterly variance analyses against plan and forecast
  • Support development of Board, investor, and executive materials
  • Create clear financial analyses and presentations for strategic decisions
  • Partner with FP&A, Accounting, Finance Systems, and other cross-functional teams for accurate, timely data
  • Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and recurring analyses for visibility into performance
  • Automate manual processes using data and technology to scale Corporate Finance workflows
  • Support strategic projects and ad hoc analyses across the organization

Tasks:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, investment banking, management consulting, public accounting, or similar analytical roles
  • Strong financial modeling skills (long-range planning, forecasting, integrated statements)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and experience with large datasets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to executives
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaboration and cross-functional relationship-building skills
