Responsibilities

  • Gain understanding of customer’s business and analysis of customer’s system and product needs.
  • Provide primarily pre-sales technical support for the development and implementation of complex products/applications/solutions.
  • Manage large projects or processes with limited oversight from manager.
  • Coach, review, and delegate work to lower level professionals.
  • Provide solutions to a variety of advanced complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge.
  • Regularly provide insight into complex issues and for complex department questions.
  • Set or participate in department goal setting.

Qualifications

  • Possess broad knowledge of professional field and other related functions.
  • Minimum 8 years functional experience including a minimum of 5 years position specific experience.
  • May possess a four-year college degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field).
  • Has advanced technical knowledge and some knowledge in related disciplines.
