What you’ll be doing:
- Define and own the product roadmap for CaaS/BaaS in line with company growth objectives.
- Translate customer needs and market trends into clear, actionable product requirements.
- Collaborate closely with commercial, engineering, compliance, and operations teams to deliver on commitments.
- Launch and scale high-impact features that improve customer adoption, retention, and monetization.
- Partner with Sales and Partnerships teams to support client onboarding and understand pain points.
- Use customer insights, competitive research, and business data to guide prioritization.
- Track product performance and KPIs — revenue contribution, activation rates, feature usage.
- Run product discovery efforts, collect feedback, and iterate on product-market fit.
- Support internal enablement with documentation, training, and go-to-market materials.
- Champion a customer-first and outcome-driven product culture.
What You’ll Bring To Us:
- 3+ years of experience at a high-growth tech company in fintech, BaaS, or platform products.
- Proven success delivering features that moved core business metrics (revenue, activation, retention).
- Strong product sense and intuition for user needs and pain points.

- Data-driven mindset — comfortable making decisions based on qualitative and quantitative inputs.
