Team Overview: The Commercial department is central to ensuring the financial viability and contractual success of our projects. Responsible for cost management, procurement, valuations, contract administration and planning, the team works closely with project managers, quantity surveyors, and clients to monitor budgets, mitigate risk, and maximise value throughout the project lifecycle. Their expertise ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with contractual obligations — safeguarding both client satisfaction and company profitability.

Role Overview: Due to continued growth, we are looking to integrate a Project Planner to support our growing team in Banbridge.

  • Location: Banbridge
  • Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-3pm
  • Salary: Competitive Depending on Experience
  • Responsible to: Planning Lead

What You'll be Doing: The role involves managing project planning from design through to construction, including monitoring progress and coordinating updates throughout the build phase. It requires active participation in project meetings, presenting updates and key information, and producing construction programmes and monthly reports for senior management. A key responsibility is accurately forecasting timelines and labour resources, while also developing methods to improve planning and control. The position supports decision-making by presenting programme schedules, works closely with project teams to resolve issues and maintain progress, and analyses performance using tools like S-curves to identify improvements. Additionally, it provides ongoing support to site and delivery teams by highlighting challenges and recommending solutions.
