The Commercial department is central to ensuring the financial viability and contractual success of our projects. Responsible for cost management, procurement, valuations, and contract administration, the team works closely with project managers, quantity surveyors, and clients to monitor budgets, mitigate risk, and maximise value throughout the project lifecycle. Their expertise ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with contractual obligations β€” safeguarding both client satisfaction and company profitability.

Leads and oversees the installation and quality assurance of mechanical systems within plantrooms and modular MEP assemblies, ensuring compliance with design specifications, standards, and manufacturer guidelines. Provides technical support to teams, conducts inspections and testing, manages snagging and documentation through FieldView, and ensures all issues are resolved before final sign-off. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to support integration, improve processes, and meet project requirements, while maintaining accurate records, reporting progress, and ensuring all work is completed safely in line with QA/QC procedures and project programmes.

What You'll be Doing:

  • Leads and supervises the installation and quality assurance of mechanical systems in plantrooms and modular MEP assemblies, ensuring full compliance with design specifications, industry standards, and manufacturer requirements.
  • Provides technical guidance to teams, carries out inspections and testing, and manages snagging and documentation through FieldView to ensure all issues are resolved prior to final sign-off.
  • Works collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support system integration, enhance processes, and achieve project objectives, while maintaining accurate records, reporting progress, and ensuring all activities are delivered safely in accordance with QA/QC procedures and project schedules.
