We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector with hands-on experience in paint and shot blast/surface preparation and inspection of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting painted and surface-prepared components as well as MEP modules to ensure all meet required standards, specifications, and customer expectations. This role requires a strong understanding of surface treatment processes, coatings, quality inspection techniques, and MEP system components.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Inspect and verify the quality of painted, shot-blasted, and MEP module works by conducting visual, dimensional, and coating inspections using appropriate measurement tools, ensuring compliance with design specifications, industry standards, customer requirements, and internal quality procedures.
- Accurately document inspection results, audits, and non-conformities, maintain calibrated inspection equipment, and collaborate with production, engineering, and installation teams to resolve quality issues.
- Support routine audits, continuous improvement initiatives, and the development of effective quality control processes while ensuring all activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
