Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail oriented Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. This role is a client-facing role and the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services, consistently meeting or exceeding client expectations. As a key player in our organisation, the Quality Assurance Manager will lead efforts to establish, maintain, and continuously improve quality standards.
