The Contracts department oversees the delivery and execution of projects from initial mobilisation through to completion and handover. Acting as the bridge between design, commercial, and on-site teams, the department ensures that all contractual obligations are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. With a focus on planning, resource coordination, and problem-solving, the Contracts team plays a key role in ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Due to continued growth we wish to integrate a Manufacturing and Assembly Project Manager to support our assembly production in our new assembly facility located in Mallusk. This post is a permanent position and offers amazing opportunities for any successful candidate who wishes to gain experience within a progressive and dynamic company. The role will be based in Mallusk to ensure works and procedures are being carried out in a timely manner.

What You’ll be Doing:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage M&E assembly, testing, and installation programmes to ensure on-time project delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination between engineering, BIM, fabrication, procurement, and assembly teams; translate technical designs into executable work plans; allocate resources effectively; monitor progress and mitigate risks.
  • Act as the central point of contact across internal teams and external stakeholders, supporting FAT, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth handovers from manufacturing to site installation.
