Alternative Heat Ltd in Glasgow is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to specialise in the Decarbonisation sector.
You will oversee cost control, valuations, and subcontractor management on our projects as the main contractor, coordinating with civils, building fabric, and M&E teams.
You will travel to project sites across England and occasionally Wales, Scotland, or Ireland as required, prepare monthly valuations, negotiate with suppliers, and report performance to the Lead QS.
