The Decarb Modular Solutions team oversees the programming, procurement, planning and execution of multiple offsite modular projects, including package plantrooms and MEP lateral and riser distribution modules. Working within our new state-of-the-art Modular Solutions facility, the team plays a key role in cross-functional delivery alongside our decarbonation business units.

The Electrical Project Manager will provide leadership and direction across the operational delivery of our Offsite Modular Solutions, having overall ownership and management of our electrical, BMS and offsite assembly teams, including management and resourcing of our subcontracted labour. The successful candidate will manage cross-functional teams, foster a culture of high performance, accountability and continuous improvement, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing leadership and governance as well as having visibility and input to the commercial, engineering, design, quality and logistical functions.

The ideal candidate is fluent in written and spoken English and has prior experience as an Electrical Project Manager or in a similar role, with a strong background in electrical systems, BMS, and construction within modular or commercial MEP sectors. They have a proven ability to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring alignment with schedules and maintaining high-quality standards. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, they possess strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills to track KPIs, identify trends, and drive performance improvements. With keen attention to detail, sound decision-making abilities, and a results-driven mindset, they can manage multiple priorities under pressure. A full driving license is required, along with a self-motivated, enthusiastic approach and the ability to inspire and maintain team productivity.
