The Contracts department oversees the delivery and execution of projects from initial mobilisation through to completion and handover. Acting as the bridge between design, commercial, and on-site teams, the department ensures that all contractual obligations are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. With a focus on planning, resource coordination, and problem-solving, the Contracts team plays a key role in ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the satisfaction of our clients.
We are currently seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who can manage, develop, delegate work accordingly whilst supporting project teams on progress and advancements. The successful candidate would be working in conjunction with an established commercial project management team and alongside our in-house M&E design team, who operate with the latest Revit, AutoCAD & MEP 3D design packages.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and develop project delivery teams to ensure safe, high-quality, and timely project delivery
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings and site engagement
- Oversee project planning and readiness (drawings, specifications, orders, templates, plant and equipment)
- Resource forecasting, subcontractor vetting and management, and cost control in collaboration with commercial and operations teams
- Forecast and track project spend; manage labour and subcontractor requirements
- Support valuations, variations, and claims
- Chair regular internal project meetings and report progress to clients
- Contribute to company-wide performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with budgets, programmes and safety standards
- Support team development
- Oversee completion activities such as O&M manuals, as-built drawings and certification
