The Fabrication department is responsible for the off-site manufacturing of bespoke mechanical and electrical systems, including prefabricated plant rooms, skids, and modular assemblies. Operating from our dedicated fabrication facility, the team ensures high-quality workmanship, precision, and compliance with project specifications. By delivering preassembled solutions, the department helps reduce installation time, improve safety on-site, and maintain consistent quality — all while supporting efficient project delivery and innovation in modular construction.
We are seeking self‑motivated and experienced fabricators to fabricate a range of pipe arrangements to support our team of skilled welders across several of our sites on dayshift in Scarva. As a fabricator and/or welder, the successful candidates will be required to be on site each day within the fabrication/welding facility in either Scarva 1 or Scarva 2, fabricating/welding pipe arrangements from our shop drawings. The ability to produce some or all types of welds, i.e., TIG/MIG would be required. We also offer the opportunity for the successful candidates to develop their skills to numerous welding disciplines and in-house welding procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for fabricating pipe sets from technical drawings.
- Performing MIG/TIG/MMA welding.
- Using precision measuring, cutting, and grinding tools.
- Ensures all work complies with company welding procedures, quality standards, and health & safety processes.
- Works closely with the Site Supervisor and Quality Control.
- Reports equipment faults and maintains clean work areas.
- Provides cross‑trained support to the Welding Department.
- Expected to manage workload efficiently and uphold professional conduct on site.
- Carry out additional duties as required by management.
