Key duties include managing document control processes, workflows, transmittals, and structured archives to ensure information is accurate, accessible, and compliant with company procedures. The position involves processing and distributing large volumes of project documentation, maintaining detailed records of incoming and outgoing documents, conducting regular audits of filing systems, and ensuring timely communication of project information to stakeholders.
