Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to support quality performance within the project. This role requires an independent and capable problem-solver who can investigate issues, identify root causes, and lead cross‑functional corrective and improvement activities. The successful candidate will help ensure products and processes meet internal and customer requirements while driving measurable and sustained quality improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Ensure high standards of quality across both client‑facing and internal operations.
  • Support the investigation and resolution of quality issues, monitoring performance trends.
  • Apply and enforce client, product, and regulatory requirements in manufacturing processes.
  • Contribute to audits, client communications, and maintain strong customer satisfaction through responsive quality management.
  • Analyse defects and non‑conformances, drive root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventative actions.
  • Ensure audit and documentation compliance, supporting continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, enhance efficiency, and foster a proactive problem‑solving culture.
