Role Overview: The Head of Recruitment is responsible for defining and delivering the organisation’s recruitment and talent acquisition strategy across all construction, engineering, and manufacturing functions. The role ensures the timely hiring of high‑quality sites, trade, technical, engineering, and support staff while promoting a strong employer brand and excellent candidate experience in a competitive labour market.
What You'll be Doing: A senior Talent Acquisition leader responsible for developing and delivering recruitment strategies that support large-scale construction, engineering, and manufacturing operations across multiple sites and projects. The role involves leading and developing a recruitment team, managing end-to-end hiring for both high-volume blue‑collar and specialist technical roles, and partnering closely with operational and project leaders to forecast workforce needs, support mobilisation plans, and build talent pipelines.
Key responsibilities include:
