Who will you work with?
Our Planning & Forecasting function is central to aligning projects, manufacturing, and resources across the Business Unit. Working closely with the Business Unit Manager and senior leadership across Commercial, Manufacturing, HSE, Quality, and Plant Assets, your focus will be on enabling predictable delivery, optimising capacity, and supporting sustainable growth.

What You'll be Doing
- You’ll lead, you’ll learn, you’ll improve — shaping teams and processes to deliver accurate, data-driven plans that keep projects and operations on track.
- Make use of all the tools, systems, and support available to forecast demand, schedule resources, and optimise capacity across multiple sites.
- Turn planning and forecasting insight into actionable delivery — ensuring projects and manufacturing are aligned and predictable.
- Drive operational efficiency while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and forward-looking visibility across all projects.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Manufacturing, Contracts, and other leadership peers to overcome challenges and keep operations running smoothly.
- Develop your leadership team — mentor planners and analysts, empower scheduling teams, and support growth across the workforce.
- Spot risks and capacity constraints early, implement solutions, and ensure teams consistently deliver against plans.
- Work strategically and practically — balancing operational priorities, resources, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Shape the culture — set the standard for accountability, data-driven decision-making, and pride across all teams while promoting a can-do, solutions-focused attitude.
