Team Overview: The Contracts department oversees the delivery and execution of projects from initial mobilisation through to completion and handover. Acting as the bridge between design, commercial, and on-site teams, the department ensures that all contractual obligations are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. With a focus on planning, resource coordination, and problem-solving, the Contracts team plays a key role in ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Role Overview: The Mechanical Project Manager will take ownership of off-site mechanical plantroom projects within our Banbridge factory, leading them from planning through to completion. The role focuses on tracking progress, spotting roadblocks early, and resolving issues quickly to keep everything on programme. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established and growing team.

What You'll Be Doing: This role involves managing and overseeing mechanical project delivery from planning through execution, ensuring plantroom module builds progress efficiently, safely, and in line with programme, specifications, and quality standards. It requires close coordination with supervisors, trades, and other disciplines to avoid clashes, alongside providing technical engineering input on design, equipment selection, and documentation approval. The position also supports procurement and supply chain activities, monitors supplier performance, and manages subcontractors to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and schedule requirements. Additionally, it focuses on maintaining cost control, tracking progress against budgets, identifying and mitigating risks, and upholding high-quality standards. Strong emphasis is placed on accurate documentation, regular stakeholder updates, and ensuring all works meet relevant codes, standards, and company procedures.
