Casual Support Worker – Winsford
About the Role
We look for Support Workers who are good communicators (verbally and in writing), patient, confident and enthusiastic about caring for others, able to use their own initiative, work as part of a team, have flexibility to work varied shift patterns to provide 24‑hour support, and share our AFG values.
Training & Support
We don’t ask for any other relevant training or previous career in care as full training will be provided – you just need a willingness to learn and develop.
Pay
Our Support Workers receive a rate of £12.60 per hour for all worked hours. Once you are successful, full details of your pay will be included in your written offer.
Shift Patterns
We work flexible shifts which may include Days, Waking Nights, Sleep ins and Weekends.
