As a Support Worker at AFG, you\’ll support people to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible. This could be in:

  • People\’s own homes
  • Community-based services
  • Adult Care Homes or Independent Hospitals

The people we support are very active and enjoy going out for daily walks. The ideal support worker will enable the people we support to go out and about regularly in the local community and to go out walking together.
