About The Role

As a Support Worker at AFG, you’ll support people to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible. This could be in:

  • People’s own homes
  • Community-based services
  • Adult Care Homes or Independent Hospitals

Every person we support has a personalised plan focused on their needs and aspirations.
