About the Role

Support Workers work in a variety of settings (community-based services, Independent Hospitals or Adult Care Homes) and tailor personalised support to meet the needs and aspirations of people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health concerns, complex care, substance misuse issues, etc.

Pay: £12.60 per hour for all worked hours. Details will be provided in a written offer.

Shift patterns include flexible days, waking nights, sleep‑ins and weekends.

What a Support Worker does

Work within a team to deliver personalised, outcome-focused plans. Provide care, support and companionship in community or residential settings.
