About The Role
Be there from the beginning. Build life-changing support.
Do you enjoy hands-oncare but want the opportunity to see the long-term impact of your work?
Join our specialist Mobilisation Team and play a vital role in launching new complex care packages across the North West. You'll work alongside individuals with complex health needs, their families and healthcare professionals to build personalised support that enables people to live independently in their own homes. No two days are the same. Every package is different, offering variety, challenge and the opportunity to continuously develop your specialist skills.
What you'll do:
- Lead the mobilisation of new complex care packages, helping make sure each package is safe, personalised and ready to go.
- Use and build your clinical & specialist knowledge through hands-on experience and specialist training in areas such as medication management, respiratory care, suction, enteral feeding, seizure management and more.
- Work closely with the individual, their family and wider healthcare professionals to understand what matters to them and build support around their needs and goals.
- Shadow-train and support new care teams, helping colleagues develop the skills, knowledge and confidence to provide high-quality care.
- Deliver specialist hands-on care and support in areas such as:
- Medication management
- Respiratory care
- Suction
- Enteral feeding
- Seizure management
- Catheter and bowel care
- Ventilation and tracheostomy care
- Work across different packages and locations, giving you variety and the opportunity to rapidly broaden your complex care experience.
- Make a real difference from day one - you'll be there at the start of someone's care journey, helping establish a support package that enables them to live as independently as possible in their own home.
Why join the Mobilisation Team?
Every person and every package is different. You'll work with individuals with a wide range of complex needs, including acquired brain injury, spinal injury, respiratory conditions, learning disability and autism, providing exceptional variety and continuous learning opportunities.
Whether you're an experienced complex care worker looking to further develop specialist skills or someone aspiring to progress into nursing or clinical leadership, this role offers a unique opportunity to combine hands‑on care, professional development and meaningful impact.
