We are seeking a dedicated Male Support Worker to provide 24‑hour support services across a varied shift pattern. The role is based in Ormskirk and offers a structured training program for all new staff.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to individuals with diverse needs, including learning, physical, and mental health challenges.
- Support personal care, daily living activities, and the implementation of individualized care plans.
- Record observations and progress accurately in the designated systems.
