We are seeking a highly organised and task-focused Operational Project Support Lead to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operational delivery across compliance, recruitment, and supporting areas to achieve their strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate will be responsive, dynamic, work in a fast paced environment and be adaptable.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and complete administrative, logistical, and operational activities.
- Track progress on key projects and maintain accurate documentation.
- Support effective communication between stakeholders.
- Ensure project plans are executed on time and to standard.
- Assist with compliance monitoring and recruitment processes., Directly line managed by the Area Manager, who will provide workload direction.
