Job Summary

The role of a Support Worker involves caring for individuals, providing 24‑hour support through flexible shift patterns including days, waking nights, sleep‑ins and weekends. Full training will be provided; applicants should have a willingness to learn and develop.

• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Show patience, confidence and enthusiasm about caring for others
• Use personal initiative to support clients

Pay & Working Conditions
