Step into clinical delivery when needed while scaling operations sustainably.
  • Regulatory & Governance: Stay ahead of GMC, CQC, and medical cannabis regulations; embed compliance. Lead patient safety, incident management, and risk frameworks. Collaborate with technology teams to bring digital health tools into practice. Use data and patient insights to evolve services and maximise impact. Align clinical excellence with commercial strategy.
  • Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and inspire clinicians; foster a culture of learning and clinical integrity.
  • Strategic Contribution: Work with the executive team to shape vision, mission, and growth. Analyse data to evaluate clinical performance and guide decisions. Contribute to market research and product development to expand reach and impact.

Skills & Qualifications

  • GMC Registration: Fully licensed GMC-registered doctor in good standing.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills with experience guiding multidisciplinary teams.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for patients, stakeholders, and regulators.
  • Flexibility: Proactive and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Proven background in private healthcare/health tech/services that scaled quickly with strong patient care understanding.
  • Familiarity with direct-to-consumer health tech platforms, including telemedicine or digital health solutions.
  • Experience with medical cannabis treatments, patient management, and related regulations.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of medical cannabis and emerging industry trends is a plus.
  • Technology Proficiency: Comfortable with healthcare technology systems and platforms.
  • Analytical and commercial mindset with ability to leverage data in decision-making.
