Nursery Early Years Practitioner

Full or Part time (3, 4, or 5 days per week)

We are a friendly independent nursery pre-school provision with a lot to offer all our staff. This is an exciting opportunity for a level 2 or 3 practitioner who loves working in a warm and welcoming team. Located on stunning grounds, we are looking for someone to join and become part of a great team.

The Nursery Practitioner Will

  • Provide children with a safe, secure, and home-like environment
  • Have a working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stages
  • Operate a key person system and liaise with parents, carers, and senior staff
  • Work as part of a highly motivated and professional team
  • Support children to participate in nursery activities that enhance their learning

Do You Have

  • An appropriate early years qualification at level 2 or 3 or higher (desirable)
  • The ability to promote good practice professionally
  • Good organizational skills
  • A caring, kind, and approachable manner
  • An understanding of how children develop and learn
  • The ability to work well in a team
