As the business enters its next phase of growth, this newly created role offers the opportunity to gain financial and strategic exposure within a scaling investment platform. Working closely alongside senior leadership, the Fund Controller will take ownership of the firm’s finance requirements, including fund financial management and investor reporting, data & analytics, portfolio monitoring, and investee company valuations.
The role will also play a key part in supporting investor relations and future fundraising activities, enhancing operational processes, and implementing new systems, tools, and best practices across the business. This is a rare opportunity to join an ambitious investor at an early stage of its journey, with the chance to make a tangible impact on the firm's strategy, operations, and culture while contributing directly to its continued growth and evolution.
We are seeking an exceptional, recently qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) from a Big Four or leading mid-tier audit background. Candidates will possess strong analytical, technical, and communication skills, alongside a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
