My client, a Microsoft Partner based in Manchester, is looking to hire a growing & established company. You will be working as a 1st/2nd Line Technical Support Engineer. This role will give you independence and a chance to make your own work/build this role around you. Every day will be different allowing you to get exposure to a range of tasks using different technologies. This is an exciting & varied role which can take your career anywhere; you can specialise in anything if you have a passion for it. The client is looking for someone coming from a helpdesk/technical support role with a willingness to learn & grow. This opportunity comes with fantastic training including the opportunity to gain CompTIA and Microsoft certifications. You will have great training resources & the opportunity to learn from senior staff. For this role a driving licence and own means of transport is essential.
Required Experience:
- Experience working with Windows-based support.
- Experience working with Microsoft 365.
- Experience with printer & network support.
- Experience with Active Directory & Group Policy.
- Experience with Apple Macs.
- Azure and Hyper‑V would be beneficial.
- Experience with DHCP / DNS would be advantageous but not essential.
