As a small, high-performing team, we focus on long-term relationships, quality over volume, and delivering consistently strong outcomes for both clients and candidates.
Our growth has been steady and intentional — and we’re now looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join us and make an immediate impact. This is a true 360° recruitment role, giving you full ownership of the process — from winning new business through to placing candidates and managing ongoing relationships.
- Winning new clients through proactive business development (LinkedIn, networking, referrals, events and targeted outreach)
- Building and growing existing client relationships to drive repeat business
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle across IT roles
- Sourcing high-quality candidates via multiple channels (headhunting, job boards, network, referrals)
We’re looking for a commercially minded, driven recruiter who enjoys both delivery and business development.
- 2+ years’ recruitment experience (ideally IT/tech)
- Experience in contract and/or permanent IT recruitment
